1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of YTSEOHub.com (the “Site”), including free tools, calculators, checklists, and educational guides. The Site is operated by HAPPYMYNDS (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Related documents: Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Description of the service

YTSEOHub provides browser-based helpers intended to support YouTube packaging and planning workflows (for example: tag ideas, title drafts, thumbnail checks, and analytics calculators). Most tools run in your browser. Standard tool use does not require creating an account on YTSEOHub.

Tool outputs are informational suggestions based on your inputs and local logic. They are not official YouTube analytics, legal advice, or guaranteed optimization results.

3. No guarantees

Without limiting other sections of these Terms, we do not guarantee:

• Search rankings, impressions, clicks, views, watch time, or subscribers
• Revenue, CPM/RPM outcomes, or YouTube monetization approval
• Accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any tool output for your situation
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Site

YouTube policies, algorithms, and interfaces change. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and complying with YouTube’s terms and community guidelines.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to violate any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or overload the Site
• Misrepresent tool outputs as official YouTube or Google statements
• Use the Site to generate spam, deceptive metadata, or policy-violating content
• Interfere with ads, security features, or other users’ access

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s branding, layout, original text, graphics, and software are owned by HAPPYMYNDS / YTSEOHub or used under license. You may use the tools for personal or business creative workflows. You may not copy the Site wholesale, resell our tools as your own product, or remove attribution where required.

“YouTube” and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. YTSEOHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

6. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you publish on YouTube or elsewhere, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, scripts, and claims. Review every draft before publishing. If you rely on calculators (for example revenue or watch-time estimates), treat results as educational approximations only.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party websites or load third-party technologies (for example fonts, analytics, or advertising). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense, to support hosting and development. Ad personalization and cookies (where applicable) are described in the Privacy Policy. We aim to place ads so they do not prevent tool use; report problems via Contact.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAPPYMYNDS AND YTSEOHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify HAPPYMYNDS and YTSEOHub against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your published content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
